Youth Livelihood Programme

Youth Livelihood Programme (YLP)

A flagship government program providing startup capital for youth groups to engage in income-generating activities and enterprise development.

Program Guidelines

  • Targets youth aged 18-30 years in registered groups
  • Maximum group size: 10-15 members
  • Revolving fund model with 10% member contribution
  • Focus on agriculture, trade, services and small-scale industries
  • Repayment period: 1-2 years with grace period

SAGE

Social Assistance Grants for Empowerment (SAGE)
