The LCIII Chairperson is the political head at Kayunga Town Council. Key Responsibilities: Presides over Town Council meetings as the political head Supervises service delivery in all council departments Mobilizes communities for development programs Represents the town council at district and national levels Mediates disputes and maintains local security Oversees implementation of government programs (like PDM, Emyooga) Approves council budgets and development plans

Ms. Kulabako Faridah Sebunya is the Town Clerk responsible for the day-to-day administration of Kayunga Town Council. With over 15 years of experience in local government administration, she oversees the implementation of council decisions, manages human resources, and ensures efficient service delivery to residents.
